• Add real stores that you know exist, with the correct name and location.
• Upload your own photos, or photos you have permission to use. Photos should show the store, its food or its menu as it really is.
• Write honest reviews based on your own visit.
• Keep opening hours, menus and prices as accurate as you can, and update them when they change.
• Be respectful to other users and store owners.

• Post fake, misleading or duplicate listings, or list a store you do not know.
• Upload photos you do not own, or images that are offensive, explicit or unrelated to the store.
• Upload photos that show identifiable people, especially children, without their consent, or private details such as ID cards, plate numbers or home addresses.
• Write fake, paid or copied reviews, or review a store you work for or own without saying so.
• Misuse check-ins, vouchers, QR codes or points: fake locations, shared codes, or several accounts to get more offers.
• Post other people’s private information, or harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
• Use KainSaan for spam, advertising unrelated to food, scams or anything illegal.
• Try to interfere with the website, other accounts or the data stored here.

We may edit or remove listings, photos or accounts that break these rules or our Terms, with or without notice. Repeated or serious violations can lead to an account being suspended or closed.

• Report a listing or photo. Please include the store name and what is wrong.
• If your photo or work was posted without your permission, send a removal request with enough detail for us to find it.
